Additional Pay Info:

Drivers have a choice.
.35 cpm or 22-25% depending on experience and will be home weekends.
OR
.40 cpm loaded and .30 cpm empty.
Choice on home time-15 days out and 3 home, then back out 15 days and home 4 days.
Or can do home weekly on this payscale, but not on weekends.

O/O Pay Information:

Van - Pay 68% of line haul

Reefer - 70% of line haul
Surcharge 100%
Sharkey pays for Lumpers, permits, and all but $1268 of base plate (we pay $2332)

Workers comp $145 month
Bobtail $31 month

Physical Damage $2.71 per $1000 value of truck monthly

Offer Mobile Max which is $1800 per unit and $200 for install (can be bought back if quit or term)

Sign On Bonus - $1000 paid 500 on 1st paycheck 500 on 2nd paycheck

Orientation Pay - $300

Other Pay - N/A

Orientation in Quincy, IL. Pay Travel and hotel.
