General Information:
Based Van Buren AR, about 2500 trucks. Mostly Internationals and Freightliner Columbia, avg age under 2 yrs. Avg length of haul 900 miles for OTR, 500 miles for Regional. very limited flatbed and reefer on dedicated only. Rider policy NO PETS.
Hires Recent Grads (90 days), solo, owner operators, 6 mos is experienced driver. No programs for older experience.

GOOD Miles OTR avg 2700-3200 miles per week
Min age 22. Rec grad w/in 90 days, teams must be related. Less than 6 mos exp must run OTR. Driver who starts OTR has to stay in the job 6 mos before being able to transfer to regional.

Other Pay - USA will pay driver to get hazmat. Hazmat loads pay extra .03 cpm

Van Buren AR, Dayton OH. Exp drivers stay in hotel, rec grads stay in bunkhouse.
*Owner-Operator is required to bring truck to USA Truck’s General Office/Terminal in Van Buren, AR. Orientation class is held each Tuesday and Friday. Owner-Operator will be paid $120.00 on first settlement for completing orientation and reimbursed for truck fuel.

No Theft, No Drug Distribution, No Sex Crime - All else 5 yr, DUI 5 yr (inclds public intox) only 1 DUI allowed, felony, misdemeanors reviewable.
